THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on August 3, 1993, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors P'owerso Smith, Bishop, McPeak, Torlakson

ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
Resolution No. 93/481
WHEREAS the State of California Department of Justice and the County of Contra Costa
Justice Departments wish to automate the reporting of Criminal Statistics to the State of
California, and
WHEREAS the State of California will reimburse the County of Contra Costa $20,000 for the
development of this project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE,IT RESOLVED that the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors
hereby authorizes the County Administrator or his designee to execute a'contract and any
extensions or amendments thereto, with the State of California Department of Justice to
pursue this project, referred to as Automated Tape {disposition' Reporting (ATDR), in
conjunction with Contra Costa 'County's Data `Processing' Services and the Justice
Department Heads of Contra Costa County:
