HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 01011993 - 1993-454 THE 'BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on July 27. 1993, by the following vote AYES: Supervisors Powers,: Bishop, McPeak and Torlakson NOES None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: Supervisor Smith 'R.ESOLI3TION NO. 93/ 454„ SUBJECT Rejection of Bids and Approval of Plans and Specifications for Alterations to E, G, and J Wards at Merrithew Memorial Hospital, 2500 Alhambra Avenue, Martinez Budget Line 'Item No. 6971-4580 Authorization No. 6 -WH580B 01727 The plans and specifications for the above-captioned project having been prepared by Kaplan/McLaughlin/Diaz and having been previously filed with the Board by the County Administrator, and bids having been duly invited and received by the County Administrator on July 8, 1993; and The Boardhaving reviewed the various bids and considered the bidders' compliance with the project specifications;, NOW, 'HEREFORE, the Board resolves as follows The Board REJECTS all of the bids submitted on this project, and The Board EXONERATES any bid bands posted by the bidders and DIRECTS that the County Administrator return to the Kidders any bonds, checks or cash submitted for security; and The Board REAPPRO"VES the plans and specifications.
