HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 01011993 - 1993-411 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA> Adopted this Resolution on July 1°3, 1993, by the following vote: AYE'S: Supervisors Powers, Smith, Bishop, MCPeak and 'Torlakson NOES: Nonw ABSENT: Nome RESOLUTION NO. 93/ 411 (Streets & Highway § 8355) SUBJECT: Conveyance of Surplus Real Property Portion of Bollinger Canyon Road Project No 0676-6Q1747 Danville Area The Beard of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: Contra Costa County acquired certain real property for Bollinger Carryon Road in the Danville area as described in Exhibit',"A" attached hereto. This Board on February 23 1993, adopted Resolution No. 93/67 vacating said portion of Bollinger Canyon Road. The Resolution was recorded March 11 1993, in Book 18341 ,,,'Official Records, Page 268, This Board ;hereby DETERMINES that said vacated road right of way is no longer needed by the public for public road purposes; Pursuant to Streets&Highways Code Section 8355, it is hereby DETERMINED" that the vacated road right of way should be conveyed to the adjacent owner, the East Bay Regional Park District, and the Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Quitclaim heed to the District on behalf of the County. The vacated street right of way is being donated to the Park District for inclusion:in the Las Trampas Regional Wilderness Area.
