None RESOLUTION NO. 93/ 308 SUBJECT: Preparation and Filing of Engineer's Report for Annul Assessments in County Landscaping and Lighting District AD 1979-3 (LL-2) for Fiscal Year 1993-94 and Fixing of Public Hearings. The Board of Supervisors of the County of Contra Costa resolves. 1. The Board orders the Public Works Director-, the person designated by this Board as the Engineer of Workfor Landscaping and Lighting District AD 1979-3 (LL-2), to prepare and file the annual report`in accordance with the provisions of the Landscaping and Lighting District Act of 1972. 2. The Board fixes July 27, 1993, at 11:00 a.m.,and August 3, 1993, at 11:00 a.m., in the Board chambers, as the date,time and place for public hearings on the proposed annual assessments for Zones 7, 40, 41 and 44. 3. The Board fixes August 3, 1993, at 11:00 a.m., in the Board chambers, as the date,time and place for the public hearing by the Board on the levy of the proposed annual assessments for Zones 1, 2, 31 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13 '14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19,`20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 32, 33, 36, 37, 38 and 39. 4. The Board approves the attached notices to be mailed to property owners in Zones 7, 40, 41 and 44, and the Board delegates the duty of giving the notice to the Public Works Director pursuant to Section 22551 of the Streets and Highways Code.
