RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT.
It Intends to purchase from the Martinez local 1-5,Oil, Chemical &Atomic Workers
International Union, for County health services purposes, the real property described in
Exhibit
'I'attached hereto,for$115,000, In accordance with the terms and conditions of
the Purchase Agreement between the County of Centra Costa and the Martinez local 1.5
011, Chemical & Atomic Workers International Union, dated May 14, 1993, which is;a fair
and reasonable price therefor. A copy of said Agreement is on file In the Public Works
Department.
This Board will meet on June 22, ;.1993 at 9:00 a.m. In the Board's Chambers,
County Administration Building, Martinez, California, to consummate this purchase and
the Clerk of this Board is DIRECTED to publish the following notice in the West County
Times - pursuant to Government Code Section 6063.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County declares its intention to
purchase from Martinez Local 1-5, Oil, Chemical & Atomic Workers International Union,
at a price of$115,000, land and improvements located at 1515 Market Street, San Pablo,
California, and more particularly described In Resolution No. 93/269 of the Board, and
will meet at 900 a.m. on dune 22, 1993,In its Chambers, County Administration Building,
651 Pine Street, Martinez, California,to consummate the purchase.
