HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 01011993 - 1993-228 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CON'T'RA COSTA COUN'T'Y, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on May 11, 1993 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers, Smith, Bishop, McPeak and Torlakson NOES: Nene ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLLMON NO. 93/228 SUBJECT: Exonerate Read Improvement Agreement for Trail Improvements along the Contra Costa Canal for Subdivision 7305, Oakley Area. On November 19, "1991, this Board approved a Road Improvement Agreement with Kaufman and Broad of Northern California, Incorporated, for the construction of a trail along the Contra Costa Canal and adjacent to the subdivision. The Public Works Director now informs this Board that the trail improvements are no longer required. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Road Improvement Agreement with Kaufinan'and Broad of Northern California, Incorporated,as approved by the Board on November 19, 1991, is TERMINATED and the improvement security bund issued by American Casualty Company of Reading, Pennsylvania (Bond No. 400815617) with Kaufman and Broad of Northern California, Incorporated as principle is EXONERATED.
