C. § 8320) RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE A PUBLIC STREET The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: Pursuant to Chapter 3, "GeneralVacation Procedure", of Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code, this Beard declares its intention to vacate the County's interest in portions> of Holland Tract Road, which is more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. This proposed vacation is generally located in the area of Bethel Island. A map of the portions to be vacated is on file in the Public Works Department. On March 9, 1993, the Board adopted Resolution 93/100, setting April 20, 1993, at 11:04 a.m. as the date and time to hear evidence:offered by any interested party. That resolution is hereby rescinded and the Board will meet on Tuesday, May 4 1993, at 11:00 a.m. in its Chambers,Administration Building,651 PineStreet,Martinez,California,to hearevidence offered by any interested party as to whether this area is unnecessary for present or prospective public use: This Board DIRECTS the Clerk to have a copy of this resolution of intention' published in a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in this County, which is selected as the newspaper most likely to give notice to persons interested in the proposed vacation, for at least two successive weeks before the hearing in accordance with Streets and Highways Code, Sections 8320 and 8322.
