WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT
Adopted this Order on MARCH'>16, 1993 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers, Smith, Bishop, MoPeak and Torlakson

SUBJECT: APPROVE DEPOSITS sy DRAINAGE AREAS 15A, 33A AND 920 AND ZONES 1 AND
3B To THE FLOOD CONTROL REVOLVING FUND AND LOANS FROM THE FUND TO
DRAINAGE AREAS 30A AND 52D, COUNTYWIDE
WHEREAS the following entities have amounts of funds that are temporarily not needed
and are available for deposit into the 'Flood Control District Revolving Fund:
Drainage Area 15A' (2559) $130,000
Drainage Area 33A (2535) 70,000
Drainage Area 920 (2560) 25,000
Flood Control Zone 1 (2521) 70,000
Flood Control Zone 38 (2520) 350,00
Total: sew,000
WHEREAS the following entity needs a loan in the amount indicated:
Drainage Area 30A (2557) $354,000
Drainage Area 52A (2584) X01,000
Taal: $655,004
WHEREAS Revolving fund loans are required for refinancing the existing loans to
Drainage Area 30A and 52D; and
WHEREAS said loan shall be repaid to the depositing entities within three years from the
date of disbursement from the fund from monies available to said entity through drainage
fees,and the repayments shall include'interest on the unpaid balance at 4.21 percent per
annum,which is the current rate received on similar types of investments by Contra Costa
County determined by the County Treasurer.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as the Governing Board of Contra Costa County
Flood Control and Water Conservation'District,that said deposits and loan are approved.
