O. 16011 } to Vacate a Public Street Bethel Island Area l (S. & H. C. § 8320) RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE A PUBLIC STREET The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: Pursuant to Chapter 3,"General Vacation Procedure", of,'Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code, this Board declares its intention to vacate the County's interest in portions of Holland Tract Road,whichL is more particularly described in Exhibit"A" ,attached hereto. This proposed vacation is generally located in the area of Bethel Island. A map of the portions to be vacated is on file in the public Warks Department. This Beard will meet on Tuesday, April 20, 1993, at 11:00 a.m. in its Chambers, Administration Building, 651 Pine'Street, Martinez, California, to hear evidence offered by any interested party as to whether this area is unnecessary for present or prospective public use. This Board DIRECTS the Clerk to have a copy of this resolution of intention published in a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in this County, which is selected as the newspaper most likely to give notice to persons interested in the proposed vacation, for at least two successive weeks before the hearing,in accordance with Streets and Highways Code, Sections L8320 and 8322. Said notice shall be posted conspicuously along the line of this proposed vacation at least two weeks before the hearing, in accordance with Streets and Highways Code,'Section 8323.
