HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 01011992 - 1992-393 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORSOF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on June 9, 1992 by the following vete: AYES: Supervisors Povers, Fanden Schroder; Tor akson and 14--Peak NIKES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: Nene RESOLUTION NO. 92/393 SUBJECT: Approval of the .Parcel,map and Subdivision Agreement for Subdivision MS 107-90, El Sobrante Area. The fallowing documents were presented for Board approval this date: The Parcel Map of Subdivision IVIS 107-90, property located in the El Sobrante area, said map having been certified by the proper officials. A Subdivision Agreement with Vesper 'Meat, subdivider, whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement. Said documents were accompanied by: L Security to guarantee the completion of read and drainage improvements as required by.Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows: A. Cash'deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 207139, dated May 11, 1992) in the amount of$1,000 made by Vesper and Walter Wheat. B. Additional security in the farm of a cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No.207139, dated May 11, 1992) in the amount of $39,500 ($26,000 for faithful performance and$13,500 for labor and materials) made by Vesper and Walter;Wheat. H. Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1991-92 tax lien has been paid in frill and the 1992-93 tax lien, which became a lien on the first day of March, 1992, is estimated to be $700. IIL Security to guarantee the payment of taxes as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code in the form of a cash deposit(Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 207699, dated May 21, 1992)made by Vesper Wheat in the amount of$700 guaranteeing the payment of the estimated tax, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the previsions for its design and improvement, is DETERN[INED to be consistent with the County's general and specific plans. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Parcel Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use.
