OF SUPERVISORS of CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA In the Matter of Extending the Century Communications Corporation } RESOLUTION NO. 92/288 License Subject: :Extension of Cable Television License Granted to Century Communications Corporation WHEREAS on November 2 , 1968 and February 3, 1969, the Board granted nonexclusive licenses to Century:' Communications Corporationto construct, operate and maintain a community antenna; televisions system within a certain area of Contra ''Costa County ("County") in accordance with Division 58 of the County Ordinance Code; WHEREAS the above-described licenses expire on April 30, 1992; WHEREAS Century Communications Corporation desires to renew its license; WHEREAS County is in the process of preparing and considering amendmentsto its Cable Television Ordinance (Division 58 of the County Ordinance Code) WHEREAS it is anticipated that the proposed amendments will not be completed prior to April 30, 1992; and WHEREAS the County and Century Communications Corporationdesire to extend the above-described licenses to facilitate completion of the proposed amendments, NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED that the above-described license to Century Communications Corporation is extended' to July 31, 1992. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this extension is, granted upon the same terms and conditions, and subject to the same 'limitations, presently applicable to the licenses, including all proviseions of Division 58 of the County Ordinance Code.
