Dedication TO the District Resolution No. 921 272
Attorney's Office Upon the
Occasion of HisRetirement
WEREAS, James D. Parr began his career in Taw enforcement with the Milpitas
Police Department in February 1955; and,
WEREAS, James D. Palmer continued his career as an agent with the State of
California Department of Alcohol Beverage Control; and,
WEREAS, James D. Palmer became an employee of the Contra Costa County District
Attorney's Office in December 1967; and,
WNER€A r James D. Palmer rose through the ranks to become Lieutenant of
Inspectors within the Investigative Division, working all phases of
investigations; and,
WEREAS, James D. Palmer has contributed 25 years of loyal and dedicated service
to the citizens of Contra Costa County;
NOW, YNEREFOREj 8€ €r RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors wishes to recognize
the extraordinary efforts on the part of James D. Palmer and commend him for his
25 years of devoted service to the District Attorney's Office which is greatly
appreciated, and
Of IT FURTHER RESOLVED that James D. Palmer be granted good health and happiness
throughout his retirement years'
