The Board or Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES that:
This Board DECLARES its intention to lease the real property
described in the Notice of Intention to lease real property
attachedhereto and incorporated herein, under' the terms and
conditions contained in said Notice of Intention to lease real
"property:
The 'Notice of Public Land Lease for said property' prepared by
the County Lease Manager is hereby "PROVED.
This Board sets Tuesday, March 31, 1992 at 2:00 p.m. at 1220'
Morello Avenue, Suite 100, Martinez, as the time and place where;;
sealed bid proposals shall be opened and declared prior to call for
oral bids .
The Clerk of this Board is hereby DIRECTED to have ;the attached

This Board has reviewed and considered the Negative Declaration
of Environmental' Significance, and hereby finds that the project

Community Development Department to FILE a Notice of Determination
;with the County Clerk.
PASSED on March 3, 1992 by unanimous vote of board members present.
