THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on January 28, 1992 by the following vote:

ABSTAIN: 'None RESOLUTION NO. 92/47
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision 7041, Danville Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in
Subdivision 7041 have been completed as provided in the Drainage Improvement Agreement
with Dame' Construction Company, Incorporated heretofore approved by this Board in
conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map.
NOW .THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED as of November-20, 1991 thereby establishing the six-month terminal'period
for the filing of liens in case of action under said Drainage Improvement Agreement;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the one year warranty period
is hereby established, and the $5,500 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 154183,
dated March 27, 1989)made byDame'Construction Company,Incorporated be RETAINED
for one year November 20, 1991 pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the
Ordinance Code.
