Adopted this Order of February 26, 1991, by the following vote:

RESOLUTION NO. 91/144
SUBJECT: Approving Plans and Specifications
for Central County Corporation Yard
Fueling Station, 2471 Waterbird Way,
Martinez .
Budget Line Item No. 4425-4181
Authorization No. 0928-WH181D
WHEREAS Plans and Specifications for Central County Corporation
Yard Fueling Station, 2471 Waterbird Way, Martinez, have been filed
with the Board this day by the Director of General Services; and
WHEREAS Plans and Specifications were prepared by Interactive
Resources, Inc. ; . and
WHEREAS the Consultant' s cost estimate for the initial
construction contract is $300,000 . 00; and
WHEREAS the Board has obtained the general prevailing rates of
wages, which shall be the minimum rates paid on this project; and
WHEREAS the Boardhereby finds the project complies with the
CEQA requirements and was encompassed by an Environmental Impact
Report previously prepared for the Proposed Central County Service
Center and directs the Director of Community Development to file a
Notice of Determination with the County Clerk;
IT IS BY THE BOARD RESOLVED that said Plans and Specifications
are hereby APPROVED. Bids for this work will be received on
March 28, 1991 at 2 : 00 p.m. , and the Clerk of this Board is
directed to publish Notice to Contractors in accordance with
Section 20125 of the Public Contract Code, inviting bids for said
work, said Notice to be published in the Concord Transcript..
