P 0 2 CONTRA COSTA COUNTY 1-070 BOARD OF SUPERVISORS Adopted this Resolution on February 12, 1991, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, Torlakson and Powers NOES: None ABSENT: Supervisor McPeak RESOLUTION NO. 91196 (Government Code No. 25350) SUBJECT: Intention to Purchase Real Property for County Office Purposes . 50 Douglas Drive Martinez, California F RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: It intends to purchase from the Bank of the West, a California Banking Corporation , for County office purposes, the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, for a total purchase price of $6,621,320, which sum includes the total cost of tenant improvements constructed, or to be constructed, by the seller as a condition of the purchase, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Lease agreement between the County of Contra Costa and the Bank of the West, a California Banking Corporation, dated January 22, 1991, which is a fair and reasonable price therefor. A copy of said agreement is on file in the General Services Department. This Board will meet on March 19, 1991, at 11:00 a.m. in the Board's Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, California, to consummate this purchase and the Clerk of this Board is DIRECTED to publish the following notice in the Contra Costa Times pursuant to Government Code Section 6063. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County declares its Intention to purchase from Bank of the West, a California Banking Corporation, for a total purchase price of $6,621,320, which .sum includes the total cost of tenant improvements constructed, or to be constructed, by the seller as a condition of the purchase, the property known as 50 Douglas Drive, Martinez, containing approximately 90,000 square feet of building floor space on approximately 3.2 acres of land and more particularly described in Resolution No. 91/96 of the Board and will meet at 11:00 a.m. on March 19, 1991, .in its Chambers, County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, to consummate the purchase.
