Area L-100 (LAFC 88-36 ) ) (Gov. C. S 57082)
This resolution is adopted pursuant to the Cortese-Knox
Act (Gov. C. SS 56000-57550) .
This proposal is for an annexation of the subject
territory to County Service Area L-100, and the purpose of the
proposed change of organization is to allow efficient provision
of lighting service to the subject territory. The exterior
boundaries of the subject territory are as described in Exhibit A
hereto.
The terms and conditions for the change of
organization, as specified by the Local Agency Formation
Commission, are that:
The boundaries of the annexation be as described in
Exhibit A.
The affected territory will be taxed for any existing
bonded indebtedness of County Service Area L-100 . The regular
county assessment roll will be used for the collection of taxes
and assessments in the subject territory.
This Board hereby approves and orders this proposal,
subject to the aforestated terms and conditions .

COUNTY SEVICE AREA L-100
EXHIBIT A
All that real property in the County of Contra Costa, State of
California, descibed as follows:
A portion of the southwest 1/4 of section 4, Township 2 North, Range 1
West, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, described as follows:
Beginning on the easterly line of Nichols Road at the southerly line of
the right-of-way of the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway; thence, from said
point of beginning, along said southerly line, North 68°43'39.5" East, 135.22
feet to the southerly line of the right-of-way of the Southern Pacific Railway;
thence, South 71°18'59" East, 965.43 feet to the point of intersection with the
northerly line of the right-of-way of the Sacramento Northern Railroad; thence,
South 16036107" West, 80.00 feet to a point on the southerly line of said right-
of-way; thence along said southerly line, being along curve concave to the
south, the radius point of which bears South 16036107" West, having a radius of
1,870.00 feet, an arc distance of 170.44 feet to a point from which the radius
point of said curve bears South 11022'47" West; thence, South 01037126" East,
973.60 feet to a point -on the northerly line of Port Chicago Highway; thence,
along said northerly line, North 88049138" West, 887.03 feet; thence, a.long a
tangent curve to the right having a radius of twenty feet, an arc distance of
31.44 to a point on the aforesaid easterly line of Nichols Road; thence, along
said easterly line and tangent to the preceding curve, North 01013'56" East,
1230.60 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 24.55 acres, more or less.
