HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 12191989 - 89-793 77 CONTRA COSTA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, 1.90015 AS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CONTRA COSTA COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT Adopted this Resolution on December 19, 1989, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak and Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: Supervisor Powers ; RESOLUTION NO. 89/ 793 (Government Code § 25350) SUBJECT: Intention to Purchase Real Property for Expansion of Administrative Offices for Contra Costa County Fire Protection District Pleasant Hill, California Project No. 7100-6X5511 Pleasant Hill Area RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY The Board of Supervisors as the Board of Directors of the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District RESOLVES THAT: It intends to purchase from Charles and Gloria Beatie for facility expansion purposes, the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, for $235,000, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the purchase agreement between Contra Costa County Fire Protection District and Charles and Gloria Beatie, which is a fair and reasonable price therefor. A copy of said agreement is on file in the County Public Works Department. This Board will meet on Tuesday, January 16, 1990, at 9:00 a.m. in the Board's Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, California, to consummate this purchase and the Clerk of this Board is DIRECTED to publish the following notice in the Contra Costa Times pursuant to Government Code Section 6063. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County as the Board of Directors of the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District declares its intention to purchase from Charles and Gloria Beatie, at a price of $235,000, the property commonly known as Assessor's Parcel Number 170-232-012, located at 1992 Geary Road, Pleasant Hill, California, more particularly described in Resolution No. 89/__L93 of the Board and will meet at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 16, 1990, in its Chambers, County Administra- tion Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, to consummate the purchase.
