HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 12121989 - 89-771 Recorded at the request of: Contra Costa County _ Return to: Public Works Department Records Section THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY', CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on December 12, 1989 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers, Fanden, Schroder, McPeak & Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 89/771 SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision 6884, Alamo Area. The Public Works Director having notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision 6884 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Remington-Oakwood Joint Venture heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the aforementioned improvements have been ACCEPTED as complete as of December 12, 1989 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement: DATE OF AGREEMENT SURETY May 24, 1988 Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland Bond No. 30101695 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there is no need for a one year warranty period and the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the $1,259 cash security for performance (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 136012, dated February 11, 1988) plus interest in accordance with Government Code Section 53079, if appropriate, to Remington-Oakwood Joint Venture pursuant to the requirements of the Ordinance Code.
