HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 02021988 - 88-57 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on February 2, 1988 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers, Fanden, McPeak, Torlakson $ Schroder NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO.88/57 SUBJECT: Approval of the Parcel Map, Subdivision MS 58-87, Byron Area: The following document was presented for Board approval this date: The Parcel Map of Subdivision MS 58-87, property located in the Byron area, said map having been certified by the proper officials; Said document was accompanied by a letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1987-88 tax lien has been paid in full. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County's general and specific plans; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Parcel Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use. thereby certify that this is a trw and aorreotcnpy of an action taken and entered on the minutes oc :lie Board of Supervisors on'he date shown. Assessor's Parcel No. 002-060-007. The Public Works Director has recommended that he be authorized to execute a Deferred Improvement Agreement with Jim Jensen, as required by the Conditions of Approval for Subdivision MS 58-87 . This agreement would permit the deferment of construction of permanent improvements along Hosie Avenue and Byron Highway in the Byron area.
