HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 02231988 - 88-86 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on February 23, 1988 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, McPeak, Torlakson & Schroder NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 88/86 SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements,' and Declaring Certain Roads as County Roads, Subdivision 6412 , Concord Area. The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision 6412 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Bedford Properties, Inc. heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Sub- division Map. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED for the purpose of establishing a six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement: DATE OF AGREEMENT SURETY 10-2-84 Lumberman's Mutal Bond No. 3ST-344-246-00 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hereinafter described road, as shown and dedicated for public use on the final map of Subdivision 6412 filed November 14, 1984, in Book 285 of Maps at page 7, Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California, is ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County Road. ROAD NAME ROADLRIGHT OF WAY WIDTHS LE%HH (MUE5) Bates Avenue 40/72 0. 12 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $1, 800 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 83461, dated September 14, 1984) made by Concord North Properties be RETAINED for one year pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code.
