RESOLUTION NO. 88/83
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads
as County Roads, Subdivision DP 3017-85, Richmond Area.
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that
the improvements for DP 3017-85 have been completed and that such
improvements have been constructed without the need for a Road
Improvement Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements in the
above-named development have been COMPLETED.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the widening of San Pablo Dam
Road is ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County Road; the right of
way was conveyed by separate instrument, recorded on August 21,
1987, in Volume 13851 of Official Records on page 660.
