THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on December 13, 1988 by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers , Panden, McPeak, Torlakson & Schroder
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 88/765;
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads
as County Roads, Subdivision 6955, Pleasant Hill BART
Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the
improvements in Subdivision 6955 have been completed as provided
in the Subdivision Agreement with TCR Walnut Creek Limited
Partnership heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with
the filing of the Subdivision Map and that the road improvements
on Cherry Lane have been completed by the Pleasant Hill BART Area
Redevelopment Agency for this subdivision 6955 (Treat Commons II)
and for Subdivision 6763 (Treat Commons I) .
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED as of December 13, 1988 thereby establishing the
six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of
action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the widening of Cherry Lane, as
shown and dedicated for public use on the final map of
Subdivision 6955 filed June 13, 1988, in Book 322 of Maps at page
47, Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California,
is ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the widening of Cherry Lane is
ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County Road; the right of way was
conveyed by separate instrument, recorded on March 16, 1988, in
Volume 14219 of Official Records on page 839 in conjunction with
Subdivision 6763 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the one year
warranty period is hereby established, and the $1,494 cash
deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 140625, dated May 23, 1988)
made by TC Walnut Creek Residential be RETAINED for one year
pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance
Code.
