HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 12131988 - 88-753 Recorded at the request of: # r Contra Costa County Return to: Public Works Department Records Section THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on December 13, 1988 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, McPeak, Torlakson & Schroder NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 88/753 SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads as County Roads, Subdivision 6790, Oakley Area. The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision 6790 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Rural California Housing Corporation heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map. The Public Works Department having also notified this Board that these improvements have been completed with the exception of minor deficiencies, for which a $5, 000 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 149291, dated December 6, 1988) was made by Rural California Housing Corporation to insure correction of punch list items. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED as of December 13, 1988 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement: DATE OF AGREEMENT SURETY November 10, 1987 American Insurance Company Bond No. 6440733 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hereinafter described roads, as shown and dedicated for public use on the final map of Subdivision 6790 filed November 20, 1987, in Book 318 of Maps at page 21; Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California, are ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be County Roads.
