SUBJECT: Conveyance of Easement to
Pacific Gas & Electric Company
Walnut Creek Channel

The Board of Supervisors as the Governing Body of the
Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District
RESOLVES THAT:
Pacific Gas & Electric Company has requested a grant of
easement for electric pole line purposes across County Flood
Control District land acquired for the Walnut Creek Channel.
The Board hereby DETERMINES and FINDS that the conveyance
of such easement will not substantially conflict or interfere
with the District's use of the property.
This Board hereby AUTHORIZES and APPROVES the conveyance
of a grant of easement over the property described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto, to Pacific Gas and Electric Company, pursuant to
Flood Control District Act, Section 31 and to Government Code
Section 25526. 6 and the Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to
execute the grant of easement for and on behalf of the District
in consideration for the payment received in full in the amount
of $9,500. 00.
The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause said grant
of easement to be delivered to the Grantee together with a
certified copy of this Resolution.
This activity is not subject to the California Environ-
mental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15061 (b) (3) of Chapter 3
of the CEQA Guidelines as it can be seen with certainty that
there is no possibility that the activity may have a significant
effect on the environment.
