HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 09291987 - 87-590 IF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY , CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on September 29 , 1987 by the ' following vote : AYES : Supervisors Powers , Fanden, Schroder, Torlakson & McPeak NOES : None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN : None RESOLUTION NO. 87/590 I SUBJECT: App lroval of the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for Subdivision 6889 , Concord Area . The following documents were presented for Board approval this date : The Final Map of Subdivision 6889 , property located in the Concord area , said map having been certified by the proper officials . A Subdivision Agreement with Vantage Homes , a Limited Partnership , subdivider , whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement witHIin one year from the date of said agreement. Said documents were accompanied by: I . Security to guarantee the completion of road and drainage improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code , as follows : A . Cash deposit ( Auditor ' s Deposit Permit No . 128790 , dated August 21 , 1987 ) in the amount of $4 , 035 made by Allied Investments . B . Additional security in the form of a corporate surety bond dated August 27 , 1987 , and issued by Automotive Insurance Co . ( Bond No . AIC 580709 ) with Vantage Homes , a Limited Partnership as principal , in the amount of •$ 399 , 465 . 00 for faithful performance and $201 ,750 . 00 for labor and materials . II . Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1986-87 tax I i en I has been paid in ful 1 and the 1987-88 to x l i en , which became a lien on the first day of March , 1987 , is estimIated to be $8 ,300 . 00 . III . Securlity to guarantee the payment of taxes as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code in the form of a surety bond , No . AIC 580937 , issued by Automotive Insurance Co .with Vantage Homes as principal , in the amount of $8 , 300 . 00 quaranteeing the payment of the estimated tax ; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision , together 1. with the provisjons for its design and improvement , is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County ' s general and specific plans . BE IT FURTffR RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets , lpaths , or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use . RESOLUTION NO. 87/590 J BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Subdivision Agreement is also APPROVED.
