Code Section 6 Project No . 7891-6X5599 ) 33391 ) 8 The Contra Costa County Redevelopment Agency by vote of two- 9 thirds or more of its members , RESOLVES that : 10 Pursuant to Health & Safety Code Section 33391 the Contra 11 Costa County Redevelopment Agency intends to acquire interests in 12 certain real property for redevelopment purposes , a public impro- 13 vement , within the Pleasant Hill BARTD station Redevelopment area . 14 The property to be acquired consists of one parcel and is 15 generally located in the Pleasant Hill BARTD Station area . The 16 said property is more particularly described in Appendix "A" , 17 attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference . 18 On January 13 , 1987 , this Board passed a Resolution of Inten- 19 tion to Adopt a Resolution of Necessity for the acquisition by 20 eminent domain of the property described in Appendix "A" 21 (Resolution No. RA 87-1 ) and fixing February 3, 1987 , at 10 :30 22 a .m. in its Chambers in the Administration Building , 651 Pine 23 Street , Martinez, California , as the time and place for the 24 hearing thereon . 25 The hearing was held at that time and place , and all 26 interested parties were given an opportunity to be heard and based' 27 upon the evidence presented to it , this Board finds , determines 28 and hereby declares the following: RESOLUTION NO. RA 87- 5 1 1 . The public interest and necessity require the proposed 2 project : and 3 2 . The proposed project is planned and located in the manner 4 which will be most compatible with the greatest public good and 5 the least private injury; and 6 3 . The property described herein is necessary for the pro- 7 posed project ; and 8 4 . Lawrie, et ux, recorded July 14, 1948, (File No. 26411) ; thence south 880 53' 30" west, along said north line, 80.91 feet to the east line of the Sacramento-Northern Railway right of way; thence southerly along said east line, along the arc of a curve to the left with a radius of 1402.70 feet, the center of which bears south 610 21 ' 32" east, an arc distance of 144.04 feet to an iron pipe on the north line of Hedgewood Road, now Treat Boulevard; thence north 88° 53' 30" east along said north line, 126.18 feet to the point of beginning.
