HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 02031987 - 87-45 87 28` 82 Recorded at the request of: Contra Costa County FEB _ G 1987 Return to: J Contra Costa county Public Works Departmentf�`4 0 ' Records Section 6, THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on February 3, 1987 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, Schroder, Torlakson and McPeak NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 87/45 SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map and Road Improvement Warranty Agreement and Completion of Improvements and Declaring Certain Roads as County Roads for Subdivision 6531 , West Pittsburg Area . The Public Works Director having notified this Board that the improvements for Subdivision 6531 have been completed with the exception of minor deficiencies, for which a $2,000 cash deposit (Auditor' s Deposit Permit No. 119527, dated January 30, .1987) was made by Danville Land and Development to insure correction of daylighting drainage ditch north of Willow Pass Road and applying reclamite. The following documents were presented for Board approval this date: The Final Map of Subdivision 6531 , property located in the West Pittsburg area , said map having been certified by the proper officials; A Road Improvement Agreement for Improvement Warranty with Valley Oaks Partners , subdivider, whereby said subdivider agrees to guarantee all improvements for one year from the date of said agreement; Said documents were accompanied by: I . Security to guarantee the maintenance and satisfactory performance of the road and drainage improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows: A. Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 119527, dated January 30, 1987) in the amount of $1,000 made by Danville Land and Development. B. Additional security in the form of a cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 119597, dated February 2, 1987) in the amount of $50,300 ($7,800 for faithful performance and $42,500 for labor and materials) made by Valley Oaks Partners. II . Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1986-87 tax lien has been paid in full . NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements in the above-named development have been COMPLETED. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the widening of Alves Lane as shown and dedicated for public use on the Final Map of said Subdivision 6531 is ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County Road. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County' s general and specific plans; RESOLUTION N0. 87/45 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Road Improvement Warranty Agreement is also APPROVED.
