OLSSON, County Recorder Fee $ Official REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY,CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA In the Matter of Accepting and Giving ) RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE Notice of Completion of Contract for ) and NOTICE OF COMPLETION Pleasant Hill BART Station Area ) (C.C. §30869 3093) Street Improvements Phase IIA ) Project No. 7891-6X5557-85 ) RESOLUTION NO. 87/705 The Redevelopment Agency of Contra Costa County RESOLVES that: The Redevelopment Agency of Contra Costa County on October 179 1985 contracted with Gallagher & Burk, Inc, P.O. Box 7227, Oakland, CA 94601, for the Pleasant Hill BART Station Area Street Improvements Phase IIA project , with United Pacific Insurance Company as surety, for work to be performed on the grounds of the Agency; and The Chief Engineer reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans , special provisions and standard specifications and recommends its acceptance as complete as of May 7, 1987. Therefore, said work is ACCEPTED as completed on said date, and the Secretary shall file with the County Recorder a copy of this Resolution and Notice as a Notice of Completion for said contract. PASSED BY THE AGENCY on December 1, 19879 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, Schroder , Torlakson & McPeal< NOES: None ABSENT: None CERTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution and acceptance duly adopted and entered on the minutes of this Agency's meeting on the above date.
