The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
Contra Costa County accepted all that real property designated as "35'
drainage easement" shown on Subdivision Map 2852 Filed April 13, 1962, in Book 87
of Maps at page I in the Contra Costa County Recorder's Office. Said property is
not required for County use and is required for Contra Costa County Flood Control
and Water Conservation District use.
This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the transfer of said property to
Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District and the Board
Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Quitclaim Deed to the District on behalf
of the County.
A .negative declaration covering CEQA requirements for this activity was
processed June 12, 1984.
The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to deliver said deed to the Grantee.
