ABSTAIN: Norte RESOLUTION NO. 86/708
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements , and Declaring Certain Roads as
County Roads, Subdivision 6698, Discovery Bay Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improve-
ments in Subdivision 6698 have been completed as provided in the
Subdivision Agreement with The Hofmann Company heretofore approved by this
Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED for the purpose of establishing a six-month terminal period for
the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Willow Lake Road Widening as shown and
dedicated for public use on the Final Map of Subdivision 6698 filed May
13, 1986, in Book 303 of Maps at page 7, Official Records of Contra Costa
County, State of California , is ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED
to refund . the $2,200 cash security for performance (Auditor's Deposit
Permit No. 107007, dated April 14, 1986) plus interest in accordance with
Government Code Section 53079, if appropriate , to American Insurance
Company pursuant to the requirements of the Ordinance Code.

an action taken and entered on the mlhutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
