THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Order on December 16, 1986 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder , McPeak, Torlakson & Powers
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 86/732
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements for Subdivision 5743, Blackhawk Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improve-
ments in Subdivision 5743 have been completed as provided in the
Subdivision Agreement with Blackhawk Development Company heretofore
approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision
Map.
The Public Works Department having also notified this Board that
these improvements have been completed with the exception of minor defici-
encies , for which a $20,000 cash deposit (Auditor' s Deposit Permit
No. 117210, dated December 5, 1986) was made by Blackhawk Corporation to
insure correction of broken curb gutter and sidewalk;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED for the purpose of establishing a six-month terminal period for
the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the security with Blackhawk Development
Company as principal in the form of a corporate surety bond (Bond No.
9382508) dated August 7, 1981 , and issued by Fidelity and Deposit Company
of Maryland in the amount of $462,825 for faithful performance is reduced
85 percent to $65,450 pursuant to Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code
and the rider to said surety bond.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $4,675 cash deposit (Auditor' s
Deposit Permit No. 43694, dated August 11 , 1981 ) made by Blackhawk
Development Company be RETAINED for one year pursuant to the requirements
of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code.
