HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 12041984 - 84-727 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA II Adopted this Order on December 4, 1.984 by the following vote: I AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, Schroder , McPeak Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None I SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, 1 Road Improvement Agreement for 1 DP 301.9-78, Orinda Area 1 RESOLUTION NO. 84/727 1 The Public Works Director having notified this Board that the improvements for DP 3019-78 have been completed as provided in the Road Improvement Agreement with Branagh, Inc. heretofore approved by this Board; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED for the purpose of establishing a six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under said Road Improvement Agreement: DATE OF AGREEMENT SURETY October 27, 1981 The American Insurance Company BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $1,905 cash deposit (Auditor' s Deposit Permit No. 45410, dated October 14, 1981.) made by Branaqh, Inc. be RETAINED for one year pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code.
