HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 12181984 - 84-770 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on December 18, 1984 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers, Fanden, Schroder, McPeak & Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map ) RESOLUTION NO. 84/770 and Road Improvement Agreement ) for Subdivision 6468 ) Alamo Area. ) The Public Works Director having notified this Board that the improve- ments for Subdivision 6468 have been completed and that such improvements have constructed without the need for a Subdivision Agreement; The Public Works Department having also notified this Board that these improvements have been completed with the exception of minor defici- encies, for which a $10,000 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 86853, dated December 12, 1984) was made by Ostrosky Enterprises to insure correction of the deficiencies. The following documents were presented for Board approval this date: The Final Map of Subdivision 6468, property located in the Alamo area, said map having been certified by the proper officials; A Road Improvement Agreement for Improvement Warranty with Sugarloaf Development Corporation and Ostrosky Enterprises, subdivider, whereby said subdivider agrees to warrant all improvements as required in said Agreement for one year from the date of said agreement; Said documents were accompanied by: I. Security to guarantee the road and drainage improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows: A. Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 86853, dated December 12, 1984) in the amount of $1,000 made by Ostrosky Enterprises. B. Additional security in the form cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 86853, dated December 12, 1.984) in the amount of $7,125 ($875 for faithful performance and $6250 for labor and materials) made by Ostrosky Enterprises. II. Letter from the Countv Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1984-85 tax lien has been paid in full . 00 0 9 RESOLUTION NO. 84/770 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be con- sistent with the County's general and specific plans; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Agreement is also APPROVED.
