HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 12181984 - 1.1 (2) I � J THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on December 18, 1984 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers, Fanden, Schroder, McPeak $ Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Granting Permission to Completely Close Green Valley Road, Alamo Area. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that permission is granted to Harold Smith Company to completely close except for emergencv traffic Green Valley Road from the south boundary of Subdivision 6188 to the north end of the road for the period of December 19, 1984 through May 1, 1985. This portion 'of the road has become impassable due to the rainy weather and construction traffic. The subdivider is required to completely reconstruct the road and plans to proceed as soon as weather permits work to start. The State Parks and Recreation District which operates the horse trail staging area at the north end of the road have indicated their approval of the closure. No residences are located in the closed portion. The following conditions apply: 1. All signing to be in accordance with the State of California Manual of Warning Signs, Lights and Devices; and the County Manual of Warning Signs, Lights and Devices; 2. The Contractor shall comply with the reauirements of the Ordinance Code of Contra Costa County. 4. Have on file with the County a Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $500,000 for Comprehensive General Public Liability which names the County as an additional insured.
