In the Matter of
Approval of the Sudivision Agreement ) RESOLUTION NO, 81/532
for Subdivision 5062 Phase 11, )
Lafayette Area. )
The following document(s) (was/were) presented for Board approval this date:
A Subdivision Agreement with Shapell Industries of Northern California,
Subdivider, wherein said Subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in
said Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said Agreement;
Said document(s) (was/were) accompanied by the following:
Security to guarantee the completion of road and street improvements as
required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows:
a. Security in the form of:
A corporate surety bond dated May 6, 1981, and issued by Safeco Insurance
Company (Bond No. 4083875) with Shapell Industries of Northern California as principal,
in the amount of $596,000 for Faithful Performance and $298,000 for Labor and Materials.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the
provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with the County's general and
specific plans;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Subdivision Agreement is also
APPROVED.
PASSED by the Board on May 19, 1981 by the following vote;
AYES„ Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson,
and Powers,
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None, CERTIFIED COPY
