IN THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA In the Matter of ) Approval of the Read Improvement Agreement ) RESOLUTION NO. 81/514 for Subdivision MS 97-79, ) Alamo Area. ) } The following document was presented for Board approval this date: A Road Improvement Agreement with Antioch I, Ltd., Developer, wherein said Developer agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Road Improvement Agreement within year from the date of said Agreement; Said document was accompanied by the following: Security to guarantee the completion of road and street improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows: a. Cash bond (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 40645, dated April 30, 1981) in the amount of $1000, deposited by Antioch 1, Ltd. b, Additional security in the form of a corporate surety bond dated April 20, 1981, and issued by Indemnity Company of California (Bond No. 621103P) with Antioch 1, Ltd., as principal, in the amount of $18,500 for Faithful Performance and $9,750 for Labor and Materials. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said Road Improvement Agreement is APPROVED. PASSED by the Board on May 12, 1981 by the fol l owing vote: AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson, and Powers. NOES: None. ABSENT: None.
