Approval of the Subdivision Agreement ) RESOLUTION NO. 81/486
for Subdivision MS 3-75, )
Martinez Area. )
The following document(s) (was/were) presented for Board approval this date:
A Subdivision Agreement with John F. Harck and Associates Inc., Subdivider,
wherein said Subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said
Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said Agreement;
Said document(s) (was/were) accompanied by the following:
Security to guarantee the completion of road and street improvements as
required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows:
a. Cash bond (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 40462, dated April 23, 1981) in
the amount of $1,000, deposited by Venture Properties.
b. Additional security in the form of:
A corporate surety bond dated April 17, 1981, and issued by Cotton Belt
Insurance Company (Bond No. 098921) with John F. Harck and Associates Inc., as
principal, in the amount of $9,200 for Faithful Performance and $5,100 for Labor and
Materials.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said Subdivision Agreement is
APPROVED.
PASSED by the Board on May 5, 1981- by the fol l owi ng vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Powers.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
