HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 01011981 - 1981-483 N THE BOARD OF SU PERVISC,., OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA In the Matter of ) Approval of the Final Map ) RESOLUTION NO. 81/483 and Subdivision Agreement ) for Subdivision 4788, ) Martinez Area. ) The following document(s) (was/were) presented for Board approval this date: TheFinal Map of Subdivision 4788, property located in the Martinez area, said map having been certified by the proper officials; A Subdivision Agreement with Froyd Reynolds, Inc., Subdivider, wherein said Subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said Agreement; Said document(s) (was/were) accompanied by the following: Security to guarantee the completion of road and street improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows: a. Cash bond (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 40408, dated April 22, 1981) in the amount of $1,800, deposited by Froyd-Reynolds, Inc. b. Additional security in the form of: A cash bond (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 40408, dated April 22, 1981) in the amount of $900 for Labor and Materials deposited by Froyd-Reynolds, Inc. A corporate surety bond dated April 10, 1981, and issued by Surety Insurance Company of California (Bond No. 551474) with Froyd-Reynolds, Inc., as principal, in the amount of $186,600 for Faithful Performance and $93,300 for Labor and Materials. Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1980-81 tax lien has been paid in full and the 1981-82 tax lien, which became a lien on the first day of March, 1981, is estimated to be $6,600; Security to guarantee the payment of taxes as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, in the form of: Surety Bond No. 55147 issued by Surety Insurance Company of California with Froyd-Reynolds, Inc., as principal, in the amount of $6,600 guaranteeing the payment of the estimated tax; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with the County's general and specific plans; BE IT FURTHER. RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use. BE IT ALSO FURTHER RESOLVED that said Subdivision Agreement is also APPROVED.
