The Acting Public Works director having notified this Board that the
improvements have been completed for Land Use Permit 2204-77, Walnut Creek area, as
provided in the Road Improvement Agreement with Walnut Creek Investment Company
heretofore approved by this Board;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the aforementioned public
improvements are ACCEPTED as complete and the Acting Public Works Director is
AUTHORIZED to refund to Walnut Creek Investment Company the $1,000 deposited as
surety under the Road Improvement Agreement (as evidenced by Auditor's Deposit Permit
No. 12885, dated September 21, 1978);
PASSED by the Board on April 7, 1981 by unanimous vote.
