S50022 .3) 1 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEAR114G The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT. This Board proposes to enact an ordinance, providing for the adaption by reference of the Uniform Housing Cade, 1979 Edition, as compiled, recommended, and published by the International Con- ference of Building officials, with changes, additions and deletions thereto as set forth in the proposed ordinance. The proposed ordinance provides for better residential and structure building construction and greater safety to the public by uniformity in such laws within the unincorporated area of Contra Costa. County. On 'Ka 5, 1981 at 10 :30. a.m. , in the Chambers of the Board of Super isors, ounty ANTI ration Building, Martinez, California, a public hearing will he conducted upon the proposed enactment of the said ordinance, and at the said public hearing any interested person may appear and be heard as time allows. Copies of the proposed ordinance and the 1979 Uniform mousing Code are on file with the Clerk of this Board, and are open to Public inspection. The Clerk of this Board shall cause this resolution to be published pursuant to Government Code Section 6066 in the Contra Costa Tines , a newspaper of general. MCMYLior IR Ura aunty.
