Bike Lane, Danville Area ) RESOLUTION NO. 81/ 361

Project No. 0662-684218-80 }
WHEREAS Plans and Specifications for the Diablo Road Bike Lane
Project in the Danville area have been filed with the Board this day by
the Acting Public Works Director; and
WHEREAS the general prevailing rates of wages, which shall be
the minimum rates paid on this project, have been filed with the Clerk
of this Board and copies will be made available to any interested party
upon request; and
WHEREAS the estimated contract cost of the project is $72,000;
and
WHEREAS the project is financed primarily through the State Bike
Lane Account and State Transportation Development Act funds; and
WHEREAS a Negative Declaration pertaining to this project was
published with no protests, the Board hereby concurs in the findings that
the project will not have a significant effect on the environment and
directs the Acting Public Works Director to file a Notice of Determination
with the County Clerk and the Project has been determined to conform with
the General Plan.
IT IS BY THE BOARD RESOLVED that said Plans and Specifications are
hereby APPROVED. Bids for this work will be received on April 23, 1981
at 2:00 p.m. , and the Clerk of this Board is directed to publish Notice
to Contractors in accordance with Section 1072 of the Streets and Highways
Code, inviting bids for said work, said Notice to be published in the
Valley Pioneer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board on March 31 , 1981 by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder , McPeak, Torlakson,
Powers.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None. CERTIFIED COPY
