Code § 8324) The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: On February 10, 1981 , this Board passed a resolution of intention to abandon the County road described in the attached exhibit and fixing March 17, 1981 for a public hearing. The hearing was held on March 17, 1981 . There were no objections to the vacation. After reviewing the information contained in the initial study of environmental significance, prepared in compliance with the California Environ- mental Quality Act, the Board FINDS that this vacation will not have a significant impact on the environment. ' This Board further FINDS that the road dedicated to public use and described in the attached exhibit is unnecessary for present or prospective use, rt and it is HEREBY ORDERED VACATED. ? The Acting Public Works Director shall file with the County Clerk a Notice of Exemption concerning this vacation and the negative declaration.
