Code § 832 } Abandonment #1857 } } The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: On January 27, 1981 , this Board passed a resolution of intention to abandon the County road described in the attached exhibit and fixing March 10, 1981 for a public hearing. The hearing was held on .March 10, 1981 . There were no objections to the vacation. After reviewing the information contained in the initial study of c3 environmental significance, prepared in compliance with the California Environ- mental Quality Act, the Board FINDS that this vacation will not have a significant impact on the environment. This Board further FINDS that the road dedicated to public use and described in the attached Exhibit is unnecessary for present or prospective use, and it is HEREBY ORDERED VACATED. The Acting Public Works Director shall file with the County Clerk a Notice of Exemption concerning this vacation. Nootbar RESOLUTION NO. 81/282 ABANDONMENT #1857 Jones Road EXHIBIT A portion of Lot 59, Map of Subdivision No. 1, Larkey Ranch recorded January 5, 1911, in Map Book 4, at page 79, Records of Centra Costa County, described as follows: Beginning on the easterly line of the "Fifty Foot Road" as said road is shown on said reap of Subdivision No. 1, Larkey Ranch (4 M 79) at the northerly line of the parcel of land described in the deed to Robert E. Pruitt, et ux., recorded October 4, 1949, in Book 1443, at page 385, Records of said County; thence from said paint of beginning along said northerly line of Pruitt (1443 OR 385) north 890 50' 54" west, 51.89 feet to the westerly line of said Fifty foot Road, commonly known as Jones Road; thence along said westerly line of Jones Road north 150 39' 24" east, 84.27 feet; thence northerly on a tangent curve to the right, having a radius of 1402.60 feet, through a central angle of 40 14' 2911, an arc distance of 103.83 feet; thence leaving said westerly line north 800 06' 59" east, 59.99 feet to a point of cusp with a curve, the center of which bears south 530 58' 32" east, 50.00 feet, said point of cusp being at the most westerly corner of that parcel of land described as Parcel I in deed to the State of California, recorded December 12, 1979, in Book 9655 of Official Records, at page 332, records of said County; thence southerly along said curve through a central angle of 150 25' 36", an arc distance of 13.46 feet to a point on a compound curve to the left from which a radial line bears south 690 24' 08" east, €352.60 feet, thence southerly along said curve, through a central angle of 40 561 2811, an arc distance of 116.65 feet; thence tangent to said curve south 15 39' 24" west, 70.35 feet to the point of beginning. Containing an area of 0.227 acres, more or less.
