Code § 8324) } The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: On January 27, 1981 , this Board passed a resolution of intention to abandon the County road described in the attached exhibit and fixing March 10, 1981 for a public hearing. The hearing was held on March 10, 1981 . There were no objections to the vacation. After reviewing the information contained in the negative declaration, prepared in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the Board FINDS that this vacation will not have a significant impact on the environment. This Board further FINDS that the road dedicated to public use and described in the attached Exhibit is unnecessary for present or prospective use, = K and it is HEREBY ORDERED VACATED, The Acting Public Works Director shall file with the County Clerk a ` Notice of Determination concerning this vacation and the negative declaration. Hofmann, et ux., recorded January 31, 1979 in Book 9208 of Official Records, at page 571, records of said County, distant along said southerly line north 890 19` 00" west, 11.50 feet from the southeasterly corner of said PARCEL ONE (9208 OR 571); thence, from said point of beginning, along said southerly line north 890 19' 001r west, 66.26 feet; thence, leaving said southerly line south 670 27' 06" east, 31.97 feet; thence, easterly along a tangent curve concave to the north, having a radius of 30.00 feet, through a central angle of 790 46' 4011, an arc distance of 41.77 feet to the point of beginning. RESERVING AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM for all parcels, insofar as such utilities may exist on the date of recording of this vacation, pursuant to the provisions of Section 8340 of the State of California Streets and Highways Code, the easement and right at any time, or from time to time, to construct, maintain, operate, replace, remove and renew sanitary sewers and storm drains and appurtenant structures in, upon, over -and across a street or highway proposed to be vacated and, pursuant to any existing franchise or renewals thereof, or otherwise, to construct, maintain, operate, replace, remove, renew and enlarge lines of pipe, conduits, cables, wires, poles, and other convenient strucutres, equipment, and fixtures for the operation of gas pipelines, telegraphic and telephone lines, railroad lines and for the transportation or distribution of electric energy, petroleum and its products, ammonia, water, and for incidental purposes, including access to protect such works from all hazards in, upon and over the area hereinbefore described to be vacated.
