Section 12 .235 Pacheco Boulevard ) Project #0664-684235 ) Martinez Area ) ) RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ADOPT RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: It intends to adopt a Resolution of Necessity for the acquisition by eminent domain of real property in the Martinez area, for the relocation of utility facilities and improvement of Pacheco Boulevard, a public improvement, which property is more particularly described in Appendix "A" , attached hereto. This Board will meet on March 31 , 1981 , at 10:30 a.m. in the Board's Chamber, County Administration Building, Martinez, California, to hear those persons whose property is to be acquired and whose name and address appear on the last equalized County Assessment Roll , and to consider the adoption of the Resolution. The Real Property Agent is DIRECTED to send the following notice to each such person by first-class mail : NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ADOPT RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County delares its intention to adopt a Resolution of Necessity for the acquisition by eminent domain of real property in the Martinez area, for the relocation of utility facilities and improvement of Pacheco Bouelvard, a public improvement, which property is more particularly described in Appendix "A", attached hereto. The Board will meet on March 31 , 1981 , at 10:30 a.m. in the Board's Chamber, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, to consider the adoption of the Resolution. Each person whose property is to be acquired and whose name and address appear on the last equalized County Assessment Roll has the right to appear at such time and be heard on: 1 . Whether the public interest and necessity require the project; and 2. Whether the project is planned and located in the manner that will be most compatible with the greatest public good and the least private injury; and 3. Whether the property sought to be acquired is necessary for the project. Real Property Division MAR 101981 cc: County Administrator's Office County Counsel RESOLUTION NO. 81/ 4 y APPENDIX "A" PARCEL l A utility easement for such overhanging wires, cables, cross-arms, fixtures and appurtenances as deemed necessary, over and across the following described parcel of land located in the County of Contra Costa, State of California.: The north- easterly 5.00 feet of the parcel of land described in deed to Andy Martinez, et al , :recorded December 18, 1975, in Book 7715 of Official Records at page 104, Records of Contra Costa County, State of California, lying southwesterly of and immediately adjacent to the southwesterly line of Pacheco Boulevard. PARCEL 2-1 A utility easement for such overhanging wires, cables, cross-arms, fixtures and appurtenances, as deemed necessary, over and across the following described parcel of land located in the County of Contra Costa, State of California: A strip of land of the uniforn width of 5.00 feet lying contiguous to and southwesterly of the southwesterly boundary line of Pacheco Boulevard, as it now exists (February 6, 1981 ) and extending from and westerly boundary line of the parcel of land conveyed by Dwight G. Williams and Zola V. Williams, to Dwight G. Williams and wife by deed recorded January 3, 1980 in Book 9687 of Official Records at page 695, Contra Costa County Records southeasterly approximately 100 feet to the easterly boundary line of said parcel of land (9687 OR 695) ; said strip of land being a portion of said parcel of land (9687 OR 695) . PARCEL 2-2 A utility easement for such anchors, guy wires, and cables, guy stubs, and fixtures, as deemed necessary, over and across the following described parcel of land located in the County of Contra Costa, State of California: A strip of land of the uniform width of 10.00 feet lying contiguous to and westerly of the easterly boundary line of said parcel of land (9687 OR 695) and extending from the southwesterly boundary line of said Pacheco Boulevard southerly 10.00 feet; said strip of land being a portion of said parcel of land (9687 OR 695).
