IN THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA In the Matter of Approving Plans ) and Specifications for "G" Ward ) Foundation Corrections at County } Hospital , Martinez Area ) (6971-4506, 0928-WH506B) ) RESOLUTION NO. 81/272 WHEREAS Plans and Specifications for "G" Ward Corrections at Contra Costa County Hospital , 2500 Alhambra Avenue, Martinez have been filed with the Board this day by the Acting Public Works Director; and WHEREAS Plans and Specifications were prepared by H. D. Rueb, Structural Engineer; and WHEREAS the Engineer's cost estimate for construction is $29,000.00, base bid; and WHEREAS the general prevailing rates of wages, which shall be the minimum rates paid on this project, have been approved by this Board; and WHEREAS the Board hereby finds that the project is exempt from Environmental Impact Report requirements as a Class lb Categorical Exemp- tion under County Guidelines and directs the Acting Abu rTi c Works Director to file a Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk. IT IS BY THE BOARD RESOLVED that said Plans and Specifications are hereby APPROVED. Bids for this work will be received on April 9, 1981 at 2:00 pm , and the Clerk of this Board is directed to pu ish Notice to Contractors in accordance with Section §25452 of the Government Code, invit- ing bids for said work, said Notice to be published in the El Cerrito Journal PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board on March 10, 1981 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, Torlakson, Powers. NOES: None. ABSENT: Supervisor McPeak.
