Effective March 1, 1981 )
WHEREAS the Health Services Department Director has submitted a recommen-
dation to amend the schedule of itemized service rate charges for County Health
Services adopted by Board Resolution Number 81/74; and
Whereas the County Administrator recommends that the previous and
amended rates become effective March 1, 1981; and
WHEREAS said recommendations have been carefully considered by the
Board;
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS BY THE BOARD RESOLVED that an amended schedule
of itemized rate charges for the Health Services Department effective March 1,
1981 is established as follows:
