H-1001 and H-1002, and Title 25, Chapter 1 Subchapter 1 Sec. 1012 et seq. o6 the Cali6ornia Administrative Code, having determined that the buildings) and improvements located at 513 Landis Oakleq, CA are 6ubRanda-td ana is t ere o-ze a public nuisance; and sBuc ing Inspec-tor aving posted said property with Notice o6 Substandard Building and having noti¢ied the owner o� said propetty that it is su 6tanda-td in the manner provided by law as appears more patticulatly atom the declaration oA the Building Inspector on bile herein; and WHEREAS the said buildings and improvements have not been repaired of removed as required by said Notice o{ Substandard Buildings and improvements, and WHEREAS said Building Inspector thetea�ter posted said property with Notice to Abate Nuisance, which notice specified the time and place oA the hearing e o-Te this Boas or t e owners o� said property to show cause why the buildings and improvements thereon should not be condemned as a public nuisance, and the Building Inspector having noti6ied the owners o6 said property o6 said heating in the manner provided by law, and WHEREAS the matter having come on {got heating by this Board on Tuesday, 1981 at 10:30 A.M. as provided in the notice hereinabove mentioned; an WHEREAS the Board having considered the evidence presented by said Building Inspector and all other interested patties, the hollowing appears and this Board now {rinds that said building(s) and/ imptovement(s) ib) (ate) sub-standard as de6ined in Sections H-1001 and H-1002 o6 the Uni{otm Housing Code, 1967 Edition. BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that said building(s) andl= imptovement(s) �¢) (are) substandard and Nx) (are) declared to be a public nuisance and the owners theteo6 hereby ordeted to abate said nuisance within 30 days a6tet a copy o6 this resolution, together with notice thereo6, has been posted to said property. File No: R-80-382 Patcel No: 035-117-004 Page 1 o6 2 Resolution 81/195 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is the conclusion o� the Board that said building(6) and/or improvement(6) cannot be reconstructed or repaired in a manner so as to comply with the provi6ion6 o6 Tine 25 Chapter 1 Subchapter I o6 the California Admini6t,tative Code or the Uni6orm Housing Code, 1967 Edition as incorporated in the Contra Costa County Ordinance Code and there6ore said building(6) and,m improvement(6) must be razed and removed. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that i6 said nuisance is not abated within the time allowed, said nuisance will be abated by the Building Inspector o6 the county, and the expense thereo6 made a lien upon the .land upon which said building (6) and/XX improvement(6) UA (are) located.
