HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 01011981 - 1981-177 f IN THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA In the Matter of } Approval of the Parcel Map } RESOLUTION NO. 81 /177 and Subdivision Agreement ) for Subdivision MS 271-78, ) Oakley Area. The following document(s) (was/were) presented for Board approval this date.- The ate;The Parcel Map of Subdivision MS 27175, property located in the Oakley area, said map having been certified by the proper officials; A Subdivision Agreement with Lonnie M. Coats, et ux., Subdivider, wherein said Subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said Agreement; Said document(s) (was/were) accompanied by the following: Security to guarantee the completion of road and street improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows: a. Cash bond (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 37519, dated January 16, 1981) in the amount of $1,404, deposited by Lonnie M. and Frances S. Coats. b. Additional security in the form of a letter of credit dated December 12, 1980, issued by Imperial Savings and Loan Association with Lonnie M. Coats, et ux., as principal, in the amount of $26,304 for Faithful Performance and $1396503 for labor and Materials. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with the County's general and specific plans; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Parcel Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use. BE IT ALSO FURTHER RESOLVED that said Subdivision Agreement is also APPROVED. PASSED by the Board on February 10, 1981 by u n a n i m o u s v o t e of Board members present (Supervisor McPeak absent) .
